Shraddha Zone is about connecting to your sacred space within, to learn and expand.
Shraddha means faith in Sanskrit. It is a faith that is not learned but it is innate of the soul. Its
a faith that allows us to relax into ourselves to fulfill our deepest purpose.
There is a wide array of techniques used by our various therapists, all of them with years of
experience in their own fields. Our strength is offering wellbeing, peace and tranquility
through learning, treatments, meditation, yoga or simply connecting with like-minded people.
It is a place to feel safe to just be.
The variety in our offerings, the sense of community, our connection to the land and the
